Featured Artist - Inaluxe

I love the colorful, contemporary work of Inaluxe. Here is a brief description of their background and their philosophy!

"Since its beginnings in 2006, Inaluxe has been a thing of passion. The driving force behind it has consistently been a desire to create. While the range and products change, the philosophy behind it remains the same: "Do or do not. There is no try" (quoted from Yoda of Star Wars - Empire Strikes Back).

For the last four years Inaluxe has been a one person gig (Kristina Sostarko) with Jason Odd joining in the fun in May 2010. We met in art school way back when there was no such thing as "too much beer" and sleep was something you did when you were dead, or perhaps once a week! With a belief that anything is possible and that 'revolution begins in the loungeroom', we set out for a fantastic adventure!

About our work - Our philosophy:

One of the greatest things about working for yourself is quality control. Our philosophy is simple: make it beautiful, use the best materials possible, and be responsible and sustainable in production practice. We want to feel great about what we do and make. Therefore we only print on the best archival fine art papers, working with the best giclee reproduction print technology there is. In the end we have a print that is created to gallery specification and standard, has an incredible depth of colour, and will last many years to come."
